Ingredients
  1. 20oz pork tenderloins
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4tsp Garlic Powder
  4. 1 1/2tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  5. 2tbsp Apple Butter
  6. Chopped Parsley for garnish
  7. 3tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees
  2. Season the pork with salt and garlic powder and place on baking pan
  3. Combine vinegar and brown sugar and apple butter and brush all over pork generously
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and cook for 20 minutes per pound until temperature reaches 150-155 degrees
  6. Let it rest for 10-15 min before slicing into 8 pieces
  7. Top with parsley
