Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/3 Cup Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 2 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3oz Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Walnut Oil
- 3 Drops Almond Extract
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you have a cookie dough consistency.
- Place parchment paper onto a cookie sheet or grease with butter.
- Place balls of dough onto the sheet.
- Cook for 9-12 minutes.
