Ingredients
  1. 12 strips of bacon
  2. 12 eggs
  3. Coconut oil
  4. Asparagus spears
  5. Sea Salt
  6. Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F
  2. Line muffin tin with coconut oil
  3. Cook bacon
  4. Tear bacon in half and place two half (criss crossed) into muffin tin
  5. Break one egg per muffin tin
  6. Top with 3-4 asparagus pieces (chopped)
  7. Add sea salt and pepper before placing in oven
  8. Cook for 15 minutes
